Hey Mark, sounds like we both agree that collaborative behaviours are essential for collaboration. This sounds like a given, but it's also what many people missed as the premise for the successful use of collaboration tools.

Implementation of collaborative tools does affect people, be it good or bad. So the investment on the people side to understand their current work challenges

For me, it still comes down to how we can extend people's collaborative behaviours (that already exist, maybe in a non-tech form), or develop collaborative behaviours (that are possible), by using tech tools. How do we do that?

That's my question. Add that to yours.
