A little about myself

I'm presently working as KM Architect in the NCS Pte Ltd. I design the KM program, and enhance both work and social collaboration. Prior to joining NCS, I worked in the KM department of a sports council here in Singapore, where I led its corporate Intranet redesign and assisted in various KM initiatives. My work at HP has given me implementation and operational experience in ECM tools. I spent couple of years in the Information and Knowledge Management Society as an exco member and Vice President. My interest lies in designing good Intranets and enhancing collaboration. My formal education is in information technology, and I tried to avoid the KM module at all cost during then.
